How to Add a User to Your Frost Bank Account

The reason we need this is to be able to download statements, view checks as needed, as well as obtain financial summary reports to be able to agree Frost to the financials. We will not touch any other store data or have access to move money around. This also allows us to connect Frost to the accounting system and reconnect as necessary.

  1. Log into your Frost bank business account
  2. Select Account Services
    Frost Bank Account Services
  3. Under Premium Business Services, select "Manage read-only users"

  4. Click on "Add User"

  5. Enter in the following information:
    Person's Name: Josh Hall
    Username: Assign any username you would like, just make sure to let us know what it is
    Job Title: Select "Bookkeeper"
    Accounts with read-only access: Make sure to select all business accounts

  6. Enter in a temporary password, and check the box after reading the conditions
  7. Then click "Add new user"Frost Bank Temporary Password

After that, send us the details, and we should be good to go! We will make sure to reset the password.
